The Workplace Assessor Program

With the introduction of new workplace agreements, an emphasis on multi-skilling and the move to competency based training there is an increasing emphasis on recognition gained in the workplace. The role of the Workplace Assessor is pivotal for the achievement and recognition of competency.

Training for workplace assessment is important if all the stakeholders - workers, management, others in the industry and training providers are to have confidence in the system.

THIS PROGRAM

  • Meets nationally endorsed Competency Standards for Assessors.
  • Is an accredited program which is on the National Training Register
  • Articulates into TAFE courses
  • Is recognised by Dept. of Occupational Health and Safety in WA as part of their requirements for registered Assessors for Certificates of Competency.

Presenters of our program are extremely experienced trainers. Each of them has actual experience in working in industry. They have genuine concern for the learners and ensure learners are actively involved.
